Description:
Excellent for sculpture and hand building. Contains 20 mesh fine grog. Fires to a terra cotta color at cone 06 and to a very dark brown color at cone 5.
   
Temperature Range: Fires Between Cone 06-5, 1828-2167° F
Shrink Rate: 7-10%
Texture: Very Coarse
Best Uses: Sculpture, Hand Building
Color: Terra Cotta (cone 06), Very Dark Brown (cone 5)
Qualities: Strong, Porous, Low Shrinkage
Glazes: Use glazes that mature between cone 06 and 5.
